As a Mercedes-Benz Technician for 33+ years, with 25 years of Mercedes-Benz factory training and working for only 2 local dealerships in his first 25 years before opening an independent full service and repair facility in early 2008. Bruce sees the value of customer service and the benefit of a small independent business, which enables him to interact personally with customers; all of the work is performed by Bruce. Before opening Bruce Stephens Automotive, Bruce purchased Mercedes-Benz factory diagnostic computers and state of the art equipment to be on the cutting edge of servicing and repairing customer vehicles. It is Bruce’s goal to provide individual personal service and expertise while exceeding customer expectations. On any given day, you can find Bruce’s sidekick, Moose, a laid back chocolate lab, minding the office. He greets customers and has many fans.

We have been taking my wife's E-320 to Bruce since 2008. Our Daughter also took her Mercedes to him. He is the most competent, honest hard working, and as stated before; "trusted", Mercedes mechanic/business owner in Sonoma County. His prices are more than fair for the amount of time and care he puts into repairing or maintaining your automobile. In some cases, he may not charge you for all of his time. His estimates are accurate and well described so you are not disappointed, or shocked by unnecessary work or random add-ons. His Mercedes-Benz "A" and "B" service is less than many other locations. His shop is spotless, well lighted and a good place to read while he is working on your vehicle. He also works on Ford Trucks and other brands of vehicles. He offers night-drop and great phone advice almost any time of day. We used to go to other Mercedes repair outlets before we found Bruce Stephens, including the Mercedes Dealership. All we can say is we are sorry he waited so long before he opened his own repair shop.
