SERVICES
Flex A & B Services
The Flex A & B Services are Mercedes-Benz factory recommended services that need to be performed every 10,000 miles. The Flex A Service is the smaller service and the Flex B Service is the larger service.
Diagnostics
We have an on-site Mercedes-Benz Factory Diagnostic Computer. I have been diagnosing Mercedes-Benz issues and problems for over 33 years and I keep all of the specialty tools needed to complete any job.
Factory Maintenance
Mercedes-Benz has factory service intervals for all vehicles. There are vehicles that have different services than the Flex A & B services. Earlier vehicles are serviced every 7.5k miles with a larger service at 15k and 30k miles. Some if the newer vehicles are serviced at 10k, 20k, 30k, and so on.
Brakes & Suspension
The brakes and suspension are always inspected thoroughly on all services. If there is something that needs attention the customer will be contacted to discuss the issue and suggested solutions.
Transmission Repair
Transmission servicing and repairs are performed in our shop. In many cases, if the transmission has been serviced regularly the need for repairs will be reduced.
Heaters & A/C
Heating and Air Conditioning work is performed on all Mercedes-Benz models.
In order to have a state of the art independent repair facility, I purchased a Mercedes-Benz Factory Diagnostic computer, to have the most current and up to date information available by the manufacturer. This enables me to perform services and repairs to factory specifications for each Mercedes-Benz model and year.
I have had many of my customers ask me to work on vehicles they own that are not Mercedes-Benz. Because of this, I have begun working on all makes and models of passenger vehicles for my customers. To ensure the same accuracy and professionalism while working on these vehicles, I have purchased additional diagnostic computers and equipment, which again enables me to perform services and repairs to factory specifications.
